1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using the Meem Online website (meem.asksol.pk), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are representative; actual product may vary slightly.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
An order placed on our website is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we contact you for verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer (Bank Islami, Bank Alfalah), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. For bank/wallet payments, your order will be processed after payment verification.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders above PKR 20,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective or damaged. Items must be in original packaging. Contact us at 0300-8628884 or info@meem.asksol.pk to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Warranties
Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the product page. Meem Online does not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meem Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on this platform. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Punjab.
