Customer Guide
1. Create an Account

Go to Register
Visit /register and fill in your name, email, phone number, and a password.

Login
Use /login with your email and password. Your session stays active for 24 hours and auto-renews.

View your profile
Click your name in the top-right navbar → Profile to view and update your details.
2. Browse Products

Shop all products
Click Shop in the navbar or go to /products to browse the full catalog.

Filter & search
Use the search bar at the top to find products by name. Filter by category using the dropdown. Sort by price (low/high), newest, or top-rated.

Product detail
Click any product card to view full details — images, description, variants, and pricing.
3. Add to Cart & Checkout

Add to cart
On any product, click Add to Cart. The cart badge in the navbar updates instantly.

Review cart
Go to /cart to adjust quantities or remove items. The total updates in real time.

Proceed to checkout
Click Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your shipping address (name, street, city, province, phone).

Choose payment
Select Cash on Delivery (COD). No online payment required — pay when the parcel arrives.

Place order
Review your summary and click Place Order. You'll receive a confirmation email and an order number.
4. Track Your Order

Get your order number
After placing an order, note the order number shown on the confirmation page (e.g. MO-123456). It is also emailed to you.

Track anytime
Go to /order-track, enter your order number, and click Track. No login required.

Status emails
You will receive an email every time your order status changes — Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled.
5. View Order History

Login to your account
Click your name in the navbar → My Orders, or go to /account/orders.

Track from history
Each order card shows the status badge and a Track Order button that takes you directly to the tracking page.
